The high-temperature purification furnace is used to purify graphite products, carbon felt, etc., through high-temperature roasting and directional flow of process gases, allowing impurities to be expelled from the matrix through physical diffusion and chemical reactions, resulting in low ash content (5 ppmw) and metal content reduced to the PPB level, thus meeting the process requirements for graphite quality (or powder raw materials) in semiconductor crystal growth.
Mainly used for the production of purification furnaces for graphite parts and other carbon materials, achieving high purity treatment at 2800°C with purification processes, featuring high precision, high reliability, and highly automated large intelligent control equipment.
