Quartz Industry

Graphite Electrode
Graphite electrodes are commonly used key materials in the quartz industry, mainly used in quartz furnaces. In high-temperature environments, graphite electrodes have good corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and mechanical properties, used for discharge heating and temperature rise. In addition, graphite electrodes can also be used to synthesize high-purity alumina and sapphire materials.
Quartz Crucible Molds
Quartz crucible molds play an important role in the quartz industry, mainly used for high-temperature melting and reactions, electrochemical experiments, and material preparation, ensuring the high-temperature treatment of quartz raw materials and the smooth progress of experiments.
Graphite crucibles, due to their good thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance, can provide a uniform high-temperature environment, ensuring that samples are fully sintered while protecting them from oxidation. They are commonly used for high-temperature melting and reactions of quartz raw materials.
Graphite crucibles have good electrical conductivity, and in related electrochemical experiments in the quartz industry, graphite crucibles can provide a stable electrochemical environment, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results.

Quartz Tooling Molds
1. Under high-temperature conditions, graphite tooling can prevent quartz molds from undergoing chemical reactions with gases, thus preventing corrosion and extending service life.
2. The addition of quartz tooling molds can ensure that aspects such as shape and purity are more accurate, ensuring the reliability of product use.
